An RPQ request is a specific request by the host application for details about the active Client terminal emulator characteristics.
Inventu Viewer currently supports all mainstream RPQ types, but there may be some rare situations that are not supported.
Since an RPQ request typically comes at the start of a session, you will want to reproduce this on a test server or production server at a time when fewer sessions are active utilizing Global Tracing--see Configuring Inventu Viewer Server Tracing and after capturing the RPQ request, submit the trace files with a Support Ticket.
