Inventu Viewer utilizes the Windows SSPI encryption package--in connecting with your host there was a problem with the handshake.
Check the SSPI configuration file and try setting a different TLS level or removing/commenting the TLS level setting, so that the default for the host is selected during TLS handshake.
There may also be a need to match encryption types supported at the Windows System level.
