CMD READ requested when not expected--Problem with internal Telnet State machine.
Please catch using global trace option--as this usually occurs at the start of the Telnet session you only need to trace for a small amount of time to catch the error.
Once you have traced, submit a new Support Ticket and attach a zip of the trace files.
