This help document is designed to provide both Inventu Viewer Technical Support as well as Inventu Customers guidance in how to work with common issues with the product.
Note that as there has been a name change of the product in 2020, throughout this documentation you may see the syntax [inventu|flynet] which means that if it is a new installation after 2020, you will probably see "inventu" but if it was on a server installed prior to the name change, even after an upgrade, you will probably see "flynet". This is because we chose to retain the same folder and registry names in an existing installation to avoid breaking existing backups or other utilities.
