Console port totally broken-- Check for other applications listening on port 82.
First step: Restart the Inventu Viewer Service...
If necessary, use the Registry Edit tool to change the port that the Inventu Viewer FlyServer.exe service listens on, which the installer will default to 82:
Flynet shown as example, Inventu is default for modern installations that did not have a Flynet installation initially.
