The Skeleton layout assigns a grid of 16 Columns within the web page ViewPort. As you define panels within an Island, you may have a single panel stretching the width of the screen (16 Skeleton Columns) or perhaps two panels splitting the horizontal space (8 columns each).
Note: The sum of the PanelWidth properties within an Island should be 16. For three equal-width columns, see the one-third and two-third values
