Inventu Viewer is a combination of a number of Windows executables and a Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Application.
The following skills are relevant:
•Installation and management of a Microsoft Windows Server
•Interfacing and working with a Windows Server installed in a Virtual Machine (either VMWare, Hyper-V or other)
•Starting and Stopping a Windows Service (our service names include [Inventu/Flynet] Viewer Emulation Service)
•IIS Management and Configuration
oRecycling, Stopping and Starting Application Pools (ours is named FVTerm v4.0)
oManaging Bindings for the Default Website -- this is how you setup HTTPS port 443
oDiagnosing access issues from outside the machine
•Using the RegEdit Registry Editor to view and modify registry keys and values
•Windows Explorer for working with folders, files and so on
•Using a text editor like Notepad, Notepad++, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio or other.
