Error running the PCL-to-PDF command, which can have issues until configuration is setup correctly.
Please check the registry entries related and be sure to have a PCL-to-PDF utility installed.
Correct Registry entries at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Inventu\Viewer\Settings: (older installs may have "Flynet" instead of "Inventu")

You can download an open source PCL-to-PDF utility from:
https://www.ghostscript.com/download/gpcldnld.html and select GNU Affero GhostPCL AGPL Release 64 bit for Windows
Unzip to c:\program files\gs\[version] depending on the version then edit the PCLtoPDF.bat file accordingly--note that if you always install to "ActiveVersion" then the PCL-to-PDF.bat file does not need to be edited each time the version is updated.
