There are two methods of generating a web service within Inventu Viewer+ Studio.
The first is the quick, Inquiry-only Web Service generator, accessible from the Project Explorer panel:
The second method is the Full Task-based Web Service generator accessible by right-clicking on a Task project.
Help is also available for by pressing F1 once the wizard for the Web service generator appears.
